I&P GN - SC&E – Consultant -Service Management -Spare parts Management

Role Description: 

We are looking for SAP-skilled professionals to join Accenture's Smart Aftersales Service practice, focused on Spare Parts Planning & Logistics Management – a priority growth capability within our Global Network Aftersales organization, where SAP expertise is the primary hiring driver. 

In this role, you will work on service parts planning, warehouse and logistics execution, order fulfillment, and master data management for aftersales clients across asset-intensive industries. You will collaborate with leadership and peers to deliver best-practice SAP-based supply chain and logistics solutions and contribute to the development of new assets and offerings for our global COE. 

Focus will be on applying SAP EWM, SAP SD, and SAP MM to spare parts segmentation, inventory optimization, warehouse operations, and order-to-cash processes, alongside master data management (MDM) and data migration for the aftersales value chain. SAP Service Module experience is a strong plus. 

Key Responsibilities include: 

• Deliver and/or lead SAP EWM, SD, and MM workstreams addressing inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse structure design, inventory management, order-to-cash processes, pricing, billing, and customer service for our clients across the globe. 

• Drive spare parts planning activities: demand forecasting, parts segmentation, inventory optimization, and fulfillment & logistics execution. 

• Lead or support data migration and harmonization activities (e.g., LSMW, SAP BODS, or equivalent tools), ensuring clean master data and a seamless transition to SAP S/4HANA. 

• Lead or participate in workshops, blueprinting, and fit-gap analysis to align SAP solutions with client-specific spare parts and logistics processes; own delivery quality against client KPIs. 

• Interface with client teams to gather requirements, document business processes, and lead or support solution walkthroughs and demos. 

• Work closely with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Integration) to support end-to-end solution delivery. 

• Contribute to business development / RFP responses and opportunity shaping to expand Spare Parts Planning & Logistics offerings. 

• Build reusable assets, accelerators, and frameworks for spare parts planning, inventory management, and logistics; mentor junior team members as applicable. 

Preferred Experience 

• 3–10 years of experience in aftermarket / aftersales service operations, supply chain, or logistics, including exposure to SAP-based environments. 

• Hands-on experience in SAP SD and SAP EWM, gained through project delivery, support, or configuration work (SAP MM a plus; SAP Service Module experience a strong plus). 

• Exposure to, or techno-functional experience integrating, master data management, data migration, and inventory/warehouse processes with underlying SAP technology solutions. 

• Ability to support or lead client workshops, fit-gap analysis, documentation, and requirement gathering, scaled to level. 

• Experience contributing to business development, RFP responses, or opportunity shaping in a consulting context is a plus at the Consultant level.
