Our B&CM teams work on a wide range of topics, including client lifecycle management, regulatory and risk transformation, operational efficiency, data‑driven decision‑making and digital innovation. Projects are typically multidisciplinary and international, combining deep industry expertise with Accenture’s global capabilities in strategy, consulting and technology. As part of the team, interns join a collaborative environment where learning, innovation and impact are central, and where you contribute to shaping the future of financial services alongside experienced professionals.
- Support consulting teams on real Banking & Capital Markets client projects, contributing from day one.
- Help prepare client‑ready deliverables (presentations, analyses, documentation) with a strong focus on quality and structure.
- Analyze client and project data, synthesize insights and proactively flag risks, issues or improvement opportunities, as expected at analyst level.
- Assist in structuring and running meetings and workshops (agenda preparation, note‑taking, synthesis of outcomes).
- Contribute to business and transformation topics such as asset management, credits, payments, AI‑enabled transformation, KYC / AML and regulatory initiatives.
- Work in multidisciplinary teams across strategy, operations, data and technology.
- Gradually build client exposure and presence, learning how to communicate clearly, professionally and with empathy.
- Apply Accenture methodologies, tools and best practices while learning through on‑the‑job coaching and structured training.
- Take part in knowledge sharing, research and practice or community initiatives within the B&CM team.
You are someone who:
- Final‑year Bachelor or Master student.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with interest in complex business and transformation challenges.
- Demonstrated curiosity and learning mindset, willing to ask questions and actively build consulting foundations.
- Ability to work in a structured, fast‑paced project environment, with attention to detail and quality.
- Comfortable working in team‑based, diverse and international settings, proactively supporting colleagues.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interest in the financial services industry, including asset management, credits, payments, AI transformation and KYC / AML.
- Sense of ownership and accountability: managing priorities, delivering on time and raising issues proactively.
- Open‑minded, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are strong assets.
