Join Accenture as a Strategy Analyst or a Management Consulting Analyst

We are looking for ambitious graduates to join Accenture in Copenhagen as Strategy Analysts or Management Consulting Analysts, starting in 2027.

The work we do spans from defining strategic direction and identifying new opportunities to transform organizations and implementing new technologies. You will bring a strategic, analytical, and delivery-oriented perspective to these multidisciplinary teams, while gaining exposure to the broader capabilities of Accenture.

Our projects bring together colleagues with different backgrounds and expertise, meaning you may work alongside strategy consultants, technology specialists, data experts, and industry professionals.

As a Strategy Analyst, you will work with some of the largest companies and organizations in Denmark and the Nordics on the questions that shape their future. You might help a company define where to grow next, rethink its operating model, identify how AI and technology can create competitive advantage, improve profitability, or respond to major shifts in its industry.

Your tasks may include:

• Structuring complex and ambiguous business problems and developing clear hypotheses for how to solve them.

• Conducting market, competitor, customer and industry analyses to identify insights and opportunities.

• Building quantitative analyses, financial models, and business cases to support strategic decisions.

• Helping clients define growth strategies, transformation agendas, operating models, and strategic priorities.

• Exploring how technologies such as AI, data, and digital platforms can create new business opportunities or fundamentally change an industry.

• Preparing structured, insight-driven presentations and recommendations for senior client stakeholders.

• Conducting interviews and workshops with clients to understand challenges, test hypotheses, and develop solutions.

• Contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and the development of new ideas for our clients.

As a Management Consulting Analyst, you will help some of the largest companies and organizations in Denmark and the Nordics translate ambitions and strategy into tangible change. You might help redesign operating models, improve critical business processes, introduce new technologies, support major transformations, or help teams adopt new ways of working.

In your daily work, you may:

• Translate strategic objectives into concrete initiatives, plans, and deliverables.

• Support the design and implementation of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

• Coordinate activities across complex transformation programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Prepare structured presentations, analysis, project plans, and decision material.

• Plan and facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews.

• Work closely with clients to understand requirements, resolve issues, and move implementation forward.

• Support change management activities that help organizations successfully adopt new solutions.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about translating strategic ideas into real-world implementation projects. There is no single background that makes a successful consultant at Accenture. 

You may come from business, engineering, technology, economics, natural sciences, or another relevant field. What matters most is your ability to solve problems, collaborate with others, and turn ideas into action. 

We are looking for candidates who: 

• Hold or expect to complete a relevant master's degree by the summer of 2027. 

• Have a strong academic track record and solid analytical capabilities. 

• Enjoy breaking down complex and ambiguous problems into manageable questions. 

• Can bring structure to complex projects with many stakeholders and moving parts. 

• Can communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely. 

• Have strong quantitative and analytical capabilities. 

• Are intellectually curious and enjoy learning about new businesses, industries and technologies. 

• Are fluent in English and thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams. 

Many of the projects you will work on sit at the intersection of business and technology. You do not need to be a technical specialist, but you should be curious about how technology can enable better businesses and successful transformation.

The recruitment process will include an initial assessment followed by the Accenture Recruitment Bootcamp for selected candidates, scheduled for November 26th and 27th, 2026. Please make sure that you are available on both dates when submitting your application. All candidates will receive an update on the outcome of their application no later than November 10th, 2026. Selected candidates will participate on one of the two Bootcamp days. 

During the one-day bootcamp in Copenhagen, you will meet Accenture colleagues and take part in both case interviews and personal-fit interviews. 

The interviews are designed to understand how you approach problem-solving, collaborate with others, communicate, and tackle business challenges. We therefore encourage you to familiarize yourself with consulting case interviews ahead of the bootcamp.
