Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of software test engineers.
Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks and tools.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the highest quality of software deliverables.
Establish and enforce best practices in software testing and automation.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing and automation technologies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing and automation.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of test engineers.
Strong knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
