Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead operating model and organisation design projects from diagnosis through to implementation planning.
- →Translate business strategy into practical changes across structure, governance, people, process, technology and data.
- →Design organisation structures, role accountabilities, decision rights and workforce models.
- →Analyse spans, layers and workforce data to identify opportunities and shape future-state scenarios.
- →Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
- →Manage project delivery, client relationships and junior team members.
- →Contribute to proposals, thought leadership and practice growth.
- Strong consulting or in-house experience delivering operating model or organisation design projects.
- The ability to independently lead workstreams and manage senior stakeholders.
- Experience turning complex business challenges into clear, practical recommendations.
- Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience with workforce analytics or modelling tools such as OrgVue, Anaplan or Excel.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
