Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration settings, overseeing system integrations, and coordinating software releases. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to guarantee system stability and optimal performance while ensuring alignment with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive solution enhancements and address operational challenges is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to establish best practices and standards for packaged and cloud-based application development.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java (Programming Language), Oracle Accounting Foundation Cloud Service, Oracle Applications Development.
- Strong knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes within data warehousing environments.
- Experience in validating data integrity and accuracy through comprehensive testing methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex data flows and troubleshoot issues related to ETL processes.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
