Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release cycles, and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer collaborates with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms. Attention to preserving compatibility and optimizing performance is essential throughout daily activities, ensuring that applications remain reliable and efficient in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure.
- Experience with configuring and managing cloud-based communication platforms.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes.
- Familiarity with integration techniques using APIs and low-code development environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues.
- Knowledge of system compatibility and performance optimization strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
