Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features and manage releases effectively. You will ensure system stability while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs, all while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies.
- Experience with database management and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
