Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and adapt applications to changing environments is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation tools.
- Strong understanding of version control systems and configuration management.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
