Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases to maintain system stability and performance. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to ensure that solutions are aligned with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to monitor application health and troubleshoot issues is also a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of the applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Document processes and configurations to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica ILM TDM and TDG.
- Strong understanding of data lifecycle management and test data management concepts.
- Experience in configuring and customizing packaged or software as a service applications.
- Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain system stability.
- Knowledge of release management processes and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Informatica ILM TDM and TDG.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
