Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and operational efficiency. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application support tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies within Amazon Web Services environments.
- Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration techniques to connect packaged or Software as a Service applications.
- Knowledge of low-code platforms and their application in customizing and extending software solutions.
- Ability to monitor and optimize system performance to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to application configuration and support.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
