Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities. - Continuously assess and improve application performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Strong understanding of system configuration and management. - Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management. - Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques. - Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
