Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that integrate various components of the development ecosystem, ensuring seamless coordination across different disciplines. Throughout the day, you focus on maintaining high standards of quality by continuously testing multiple aspects of the application, including security and functionality. You also contribute to refining testing processes by reviewing code, tracking issues, and supporting the configuration of data and environments, all aimed at fostering a smooth and efficient application lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project goals.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Monitor testing progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot defects effectively to support quality improvements.
- Familiarity with API testing and security testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of environment and data configuration to support automated testing processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
