Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in continuous testing activities that span security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites, ensuring the robustness of applications throughout their lifecycle. Your role includes developing automation strategies and scripts, managing data and environment configurations, and actively participating in code reviews. You also monitor and report defects, contributing to ongoing improvements in testing processes and overall product quality, fostering a seamless integration within the development ecosystem.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project goals.
- Maintain and enhance automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams for prompt resolution.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with various testing tools and frameworks to support end-to-end testing.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
