Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that integrate various components of the development ecosystem, ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines. Your role includes executing continuous testing cycles focused on multiple aspects such as security and application programming interfaces, while also maintaining and evolving automated testing frameworks. You actively participate in reviewing code and tracking issues, contributing to the ongoing refinement of testing procedures and overall product quality throughout the software lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.
- Maintain and enhance automated test suites to ensure comprehensive coverage and reliability.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams to facilitate prompt resolution of defects.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with troubleshooting testing challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks for continuous testing environments.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies including regression, security, and API testing.
- Ability to create and maintain automated scripts that support data and environment configurations.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and processes to monitor and report issues effectively.
- Capability to participate in code reviews and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
