Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. You engage in planning activities that integrate various system components, ensuring seamless delivery and maintaining high standards of quality. Your role includes continuous evaluation of security measures, application programming interfaces, and regression testing suites. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Regular participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing improvements, fostering a robust and efficient testing process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of testing frameworks and automation tools.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on quality assurance best practices.
- Monitor testing progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated testing scripts and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues across multiple layers of the application stack.
- Familiarity with API testing and security testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of environment and data configuration management to support testing activities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
