Design, develop, and test custom software solutions across multiple system components or applications.
Create implementation or integration approaches for applications and components.
Translate system requirements into detailed design specifications.
Provide primary support for installation of application releases into production environments.
Design and code applications in accordance with programming standards and interface specifications.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Python, Lambda Powertools, pytest/pytest-bdd, and writing clean, testable Python in a monorepo context
AWS - Lambda, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB, and IAM
Infrastructure as code with Terraform; reading, writing, and debugging multi-stack configurations
Strong grasp of event-driven and distributed system patterns fan-out/fan-in, idempotency, at-least-once delivery
Fluent English is required; Czech/Slovak is a nice-to-have.
The role is not fully remote and requires regular on-site presence at the client (3 days per week; Prague)

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

GraphQL / AppSync experience - schema design, resolvers, and consuming AppSync from a React client
React + TypeScript - comfortable contributing to a Vite/Cloudscape SPA without being a frontend specialist
Databricks
Clinical data standards (CDISC SDTM, ADaM) or regulated-industry
Software development experience (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11)
Familiarity with data access control tooling (Immuta or equivalent)
