As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying quality processes and leveraging automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with testing frameworks and collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement effective testing strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript, Python (Programming Language).
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and testing methodologies.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug automation scripts to ensure optimal performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Node.js.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
