Total Source Tax proactive filing 171920 - Internal

Manage and analyze the filing rejections coming from various input sources- Clients, Agencies, internal departments Research issues with respect to Tax discrepancy Work with PEO clients to close loop on their account Work with internal stakeholders such as HRBP, client relationship manager, Tax CoE etc to get to the root of issue and partner with them for issue resolution Work with government agencies to ensure PEO clients data is compliant with agency regulations Collaborate with cross BU teams such as amendments, Late originals to ensure end to end notice resolution for PEO clients Handle escalations related to Tax discrepancies Identify opportunities to streamline Tax process and/upstream issues
