This role partners with Total Rewards leadership, HR, Finance, and Legal to deliver accurate analyses, compliant processes, and clear materials supporting salary programs, incentive plans, and executive compensation activities. The position balances hands‑on execution of broad‑based compensation work with exposure to executive compensation governance and disclosure support.
Key Responsibilities
Broad‑Based Compensation (Primary Focus)
Support the annual compensation review process, including salary increases, short‑term incentives (STI), and long‑term incentive (LTI) eligibility for eligible employee populations.
Prepare comp analysis files, guidelines applications, and audit support for annual and off‑cycle compensation actions.
Conduct job pricing and market analysis using compensation surveys to support pay decisions, internal equity reviews, and workforce planning.
Partner with HR Generalists and HR Operations to support pay recommendations, exception reviews, and employee data accuracy.
Assist with compensation statements, reporting, and manager‑ready materials.
Executive Compensation (Secondary Focus)
Support executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, and long‑term incentives, under established plan designs.
Assist with executive compensation modeling, payout calculations, and scenario analyses.
Prepare data, analyses, and draft materials to support Compensation & Leadership Development Committee discussions and decision‑making.
Support executive compensation‑related disclosure and governance processes, including data preparation for proxy and audit reviews.
Market Data, Analysis & Reporting
Perform compensation benchmarking for broad‑based and executive roles using market survey and peer group data.
Maintain job, market, and compensation data files with a strong focus on accuracy, controls, and audit readiness.
Translate compensation analyses into clear summaries and visuals for HR and leadership audiences.
Compliance, Controls & Collaboration
Assist with compensation compliance activities, including documentation, internal controls, and audit support.
Partner with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and external consultants to ensure consistent, compliant compensation outcomes.
Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives across compensation programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Approximately 3+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or a closely related field.
Hands‑on experience supporting broad‑based compensation programs and annual compensation cycles.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; working knowledge of PowerPoint.
High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Preferred
Exposure to executive or incentive compensation analysis.
Familiarity with compensation governance, internal controls, or public‑company compensation practices.
Experience working with market pricing surveys and job evaluation frameworks.

The base salary range for this role is $90,000-120,000K annually.
