• Diagnoses problems in all hospital equipment.
• Disassembles and replaces parts in medical outlets.
• Conducts frequent rounds to identify and correct issues.
• Complies with healthcare, federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
• Performs, completes, and closes all work orders and PMs requests in a timely manner.
• Conducts repairs and maintenance on floors, walls, doors, and hardware.
• Handles minor repair, maintenance, and cleaning of HVAC and Refrigeration Systems.
• Carries out minor repair and maintenance on electrical systems.
• Performs minor repairs and maintenance on Pneumatic Tube System.
• Conducts minor repair and maintenance on plumbing systems. Executes minor patching and painting in assigned areas.
• Replaces room AC unit filters and HEPA Air purifiers.
• Other duties as assigned Replaces or repairs thermostatic controls.

• High School Grad or Equiv or 5+ years experience [Required]

• HVAC Universal Certified Technician (HVAC) [Preferred]
• Licensed Electrical Contractor (LEC) [Preferred]

Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
