The Project Controls Bootcamp at Aegis is an incredible opportunity to learn project controls from experts in the field. This full-time program equips participants with the core skills needed for a career in project controls. • →Review project schedules and provide recommendations based on project execution goals 
• →Perform critical path analyses and identify schedule-related problems, recommend corrective actions 
• →Conduct site walks for progress validation and prepare monthly reporting packages for the project site team 
• →Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to support the program 
• →Review the contractor’s progress and present it to management for decision-making 
• →Communicate project status and challenges effectively 
• →Review and evaluate contract change orders and amendments for impact on budget and schedule 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Commitment to learning and actively participating in the Bootcamp program
• Degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or a related field or two to four years of construction experience
• Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred
