About Aethos Monterosa
 
In the middle of the Aosta Valley below the Monte Rosa and Cervino glaciers lies Aethos Monterosa. A five-star luxury resort with three F&B outlets, a SPA, and its own climbing and ice climbing wall. The essence of great hospitality will however always be an outstanding team. That's why we are looking for you!
 
Your Role:
As F&B Operations Manager, you will be on the floor, leading by example. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure flawless service, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across all outlets. Your presence, guidance, and operational expertise will set the standard for the team and the hotel.
  • Be a visible, hands-on leader, actively supporting the team during service.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a motivated F&B team across restaurants, bars, and events.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, guest satisfaction, and service excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, front-of-house, and events teams to guarantee seamless coordination.
  • Drive sales, monitor performance, and implement strategies to maximise revenue.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, and cost control.
  • Maintain and elevate standards that reflect the hotel’s brand, quality, and identity.
  • Fluent in English and Italian – both written and spoken
  • Proven experience in a hands-on, operational leadership role within luxury or upscale hotels.
  • Hands-on leader with a passion for coaching, developing, and working alongside the team.
  • Passion for hospitality, food & beverage, and delivering top-level guest experiences
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • A refined eye for detail, service style, and presentation
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and actively manage service in a fast-paced environment.
