You’ll be the technical face of the organization—solving problems, enabling workflows, and empowering customers to get the best out of their analytical systems.

Responsible for supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites.
Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.
Performs maintenance and repair services.
Provide hands‑on application support across spectroscopy products like ICPMS/ICPOES etc and sample prep workflows.
Troubleshoot complex analytical issues and guide customers toward confident, reliable results.

Deliver impactful product demos, proof‑of‑performance studies, and feasibility evaluations.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
