We are seeking a Talent Management Operations Support colleague - responsible for supporting and coordinating Agilent’s talent and development initiatives across the Talent Management Center of Excellence.

This role serves as a key partner to Talent Management leaders, program stakeholders, HR colleagues, Finance and vendors. The position combines expertise in talent operations, program management, financial administration, and process optimization to ensure the successful delivery of enterprise learning, talent and leadership initiatives.

The successful candidate will oversee operational processes supporting learning, talent development programs, and vendor management activities. In addition, this role will identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational effectiveness, and enhance the experience of participants and stakeholders across the Talent Management portfolio.


Key responsibilities:

Talent Management Program Operations ~80%
The role will support 40% L&D and 40% Executive Succession & Enterprise Talent offerings.

Coordinate and support the delivery of enterprise learning, employee and leadership development, talent management, and succession planning programs across Agilent.
Manage end-to-end program operations, including scheduling, communications, participant management, materials, logistics & stakeholder coordination.
Support the execution of key initiatives and programs, including enterprise development programs, leadership development experiences, talent reviews, succession planning, and other Talent Management priorities.
Coordinate onsite and virtual talent events, learning experiences, leadership forums, and enterprise talent activities for a seamless participant experience.
Administer Talent Management systems and processes, maintaining accurate participant records, program data, registrations, assignments, and reporting; identify approaches to automate and streamline processes.
Prepare and maintain consistent reports, metrics, and program insights to support operational effectiveness and decision-making.
Coordinate global training funding and tuition assistance programs, including program operations, funding tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
Partner with the Talent Management team, HR and business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure a seamless delivery of talent programs and a high-quality participant experience.

  • Manage vendor administration activities across the Talent Management COE, including invoicing, purchase orders, and cost allocation.

  • Partner with Finance and Talent Management leaders to support budget tracking, reporting, and financial governance.

  • Maintain accurate program, vendor, and financial records and ensure timely completion of related processes.

  • Act as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders to support effective program operations.

Requirements

  • Associate degree and/or higher education and 6+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR Operations, Program Management, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting global talent management, learning & development, or HR initiatives.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with vendor management, budgets, invoicing, reporting, and HR technology.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, AI tools like Co-Pilot, and digital productivity tools.

  • Ideally, experience with reporting tools and HR systems, including Workday reporting, or similar platforms and leveraging AI for greater efficiency.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $39.88 - $62.31/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
