• Build, support, and optimize the backend office tools the Supply team uses to intake, route, handle, and report operational work
• Identify and resolve operational issues — and turn recurring ones into lasting process or tool fixes
• Optimize workflows and collaboration - work closely with Supply, Operation, Support teams, and other cross functional departments to improve how work moves between teams and markets
• Design and develop reporting, lists, and workflows for internal use (Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, Python where needed)
• Share and seek out best practices and knowledge
• Drive end-to-end project initiatives – run your own strategic operational initiatives from initial idea through final launch, taking complete ownership of outcomes, timelines and stakeholder management

• Excellent problem solving and prioritization skills — you can take a messy SOP and turn it into a highly structured, scalable and automated working tool
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; comfortable with hotel, booking, payment, and performance data
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and operational requirements clearly with multiple and varied stakeholders across the business
• Adaptable to new technologies and a quick learner (low-code and code)
• Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic, highly disciplined work habits
• Strong attention to detail, especially on mapping workflow routing, status, and edge cases
• Energetic and driven personality who is motivated by and adapts well to rapid business and product changes
• Creative and innovative with a mindset for continuous improvement, always seeking creative and innovative ways to solve operational challenges.

• Experience using SQL
• Hands-on Power Apps and Power Automate
• Python for data cleaning, automation, and report generation
• Understanding of APIs or data integration
• Comfort using data visualization tools such as Superset, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel charts
• Experience owning a live internal tool or operational workflow
