Workforce Specialist - Call Center

Automated Health Systems is seeking a Workforce Specialist to support contact center workforce operations and staffing coordination.  This position is remote.

• →Monitor schedule adherence and staffing levels
• →Assist with workforce reporting and data tracking
• →Provide technical assistance to staff when needed
• →Direct staff to internal support resources
• →Support workforce planning and call queue assignments
• →Troubleshoot operational or staffing issues
• →Assist with reporting and process improvement efforts

• Associate degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of contact center or human services experience required
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze workforce data
• Bilingual skills are a plus
