About the Role
~1 min readThis role plays a key part in driving membership growth and enhancing the value proposition of the Prestige Club, which includes members from the Tied Distribution (TD); both Tied Agency and AIA Financial Advisors (AIA FA).
Responsibilities
~1 min readDevelop and execute innovative campaigns, initiatives, and engagement activities to grow Prestige Club membership
Create compelling value propositions and benefits to attract and retain members
Promote Prestige Club actively across districts, branches, and internal business units
Drive sales campaigns within approved budgets to motivate the agency force towards affluent and offshore business growth
Support the rollout and promotion of strategic campaigns and the Prestige Club
Design learning and development platforms such as masterclasses, offshore training programmes, and tailored workshops to enhance capability and productivity
What We Offer

Coordinate meeting schedules, room bookings, vendor arrangements, invoices, and documentation
Assist with presentations, reports, and ad hoc business initiatives as required
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor degree in business, insurance and/or finance-related discipline.
- At least 5 years’ experience in business development or events management in financial services.
- Good knowledge in insurance products, especially those in the HNW arena.
- Highly driven individual with strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High sense of responsibility, strong work ethic and a good team player.
- Good presentation skills is a plus.
- Some exposure to agency and those with required insurance licenses (eg. M5, M9) preferred
