About the Role
~2 min read- Conduct daily business coaching session every morning for all NGA / NGE by strictly following the daily and weekly structure
- Monitor and track daily sales activities of each Rookies Advisor in respective batch according to the approved standard
- Organize sales activity platform to support Rookies Advisors on the weekly basis such as selling seminar, roadshow, customer presentation, or webinar
- Regularly schedule and conduct one to one coaching to improve Rookies Advisor performance based on need analysis outcome
- Organize intervention training session based on the outcome of need analysis to ensure performance improvement and on track
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders such as agency leaders, business development, training, and management, to get support and help Rookies Advisors achieve the objectives
- Report updated performance to the agency management on weekly basis
- Join the assessment for NGE / NGA Recruitment to ensure the quality recruits
- Perform other tasks required by the NGE / NGA Program
