People Operations Admin

We’ve been experiencing hyper-growth the past year, becoming Indonesia's 7th Unicorn Startup and the first Investment Fintech Unicorn in South East Asia 2.5 years after Ajaib first launched. With the global financial technology market expected to grow gradually, we aim to make stock trading accessible for millennials through our mobile-first approach. In 2022, we opened our new head office in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, and we’re just getting started!

We’re looking for People Operations Admin to join our team! In this role, you will upport the day-to-day administrative work and focus on data focus work of our People Operations and Experience. Keeping employee data clean, documents organized, and processes running. A great entry point for a fresh graduate wanting hands-on People experience.

• →Maintain and update employee data across spreadsheets and HRIS
• →Build and manage tracking sheets for all People Operations paperwork tasks
• →Organize employment documents and keep records audit-ready (e.g WLKP, WLFK, E-PKWT, and other related paperwork)
• →Support onboarding/offboarding administration (e.g Onboarding Preparations, monitoring probation record, Offboarding
• →Assist with data reconciliation, reporting, and ad-hoc People Ops tasks

• →Fresh graduates welcome (HR / Management / Business / Psychology a plus)
• →Strong spreadsheet skills, familiar with formulas, at least familiar with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, importrange, IF, etc.
• →High attention to detail and accuracy
• →Strong ownership, follows through and gets things done in a timely manner
• →Proactive, reliable, and able to handle sensitive data with discretion

• Prior admin/internship experience related to data
• Familiarity with HRIS or automation tools
