Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Master’s Degree preferred in related field (human resources, public administration, management, business administration, educational administration) and a minimum of six years secretarial experience.
Minimum of four years secretarial experience with Degree
Experience in personnel/human resources preferred.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees.
Ability to analyze information.
Ability to write clear, accurate, and logical reports.
Knowledge of and capability to operate and utilize NexGen, Current Job Posting Software, eFMLA, and Frontline, Google Suite, and customer software at the desktop level.
