Regional lane stability and consistent freight movement give CDL-A truck drivers regular opportunities to build miles while returning home every week. Drivers operate primarily throughout the Midwest and east of I-35, with familiar routes and planned dispatch support.

Albany Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for regional no-touch freight operations with dependable weekly scheduling, steady freight activity, and late-model equipment.

Home Time

Drivers return home weekly with a regular schedule. Primary routes cover the Midwest and east of I-35, with occasional freight extending into other areas when needed.

No-touch freight allows drivers to focus on driving rather than loading or unloading trailers. Regular freight movement across established lanes supports productive miles throughout the week.

Pay is $1,475 to $1,675 per week. Drivers receive communication from dispatch throughout the week to help coordinate loads and delivery schedules.

Equipment

Drivers primarily operate 2021–2024 Peterbilt 579 Ultralofts equipped for regional and longer-distance driving. Trucks include features designed for comfort during time away from home.

• APUs, refrigerators, and power inverters

• Governed at 70 MPH

• Outward-facing cameras only

The equipment provides drivers with practical amenities for daily driving and overnight stays while working their assigned routes.

Driver Orientation

• Three-day orientation with classes starting Monday or Wednesday

• Transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals provided

• $375 in orientation pay before truck and first-load assignment

Orientation covers dispatch procedures, company expectations, and daily operations before drivers begin hauling freight.
