Associate Project Manager

Albireo Energy is looking for an Associate Project Manager to support project execution within our Solutions business. You'll help plan and schedule projects, track budgets and forecasts, manage documentation and procurement, and keep internal teams and subcontractors aligned — learning from senior project managers on every project.

Our Associate PMs get real project responsibility from day one, with the mentorship and exposure to build a career in project management. It's the launch point for a clear path to Project Manager and beyond.

• →Assist with project planning, scope development, scheduling, and document management.
• →Coordinate subcontractors and internal team members under senior PM guidance.
• →Track and forecast project expenses and revenues and support monthly invoicing.
• →Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, compliance records, and As-Built documentation.
• →Identify change order opportunities and maintain supporting documentation.
• →Specify, order, and track project materials with vendors and suppliers.
• →Support startup, commissioning, quality inspections, and final turnover.

• High school diploma or GED with vocational or technical training; associate degree preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Ability to interpret design documents and use basic project management tools.
• Foundational understanding of cost tracking, budgeting, and invoicing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative.

Pay: $64,000 -$92,000 annually DOE
