This role is part of Alcon's Information Technology function, a team that delivers cutting-edge technology solutions to Alcon associates and customers to help our people and the world see brilliantly.

The Principal, Information Systems Operations Management, is primarily responsible for providing strategic leadership for IT systems, focusing on designing and optimizing scalable, efficient, and secure technology solutions to meet long-term business goals.

- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology related course

- 7–10 years of IT experience in a manufacturing environment, with expertise in infrastructure management, network design (LAN/WAN, VLAN), server administration, backup and disaster recovery solutions, cybersecurity controls, and OT/IT system integration.

- Drive adoption of global solutions.

- Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within service delivery scope.
