Maintenance Supervisor

• →Responsible for the day-to-day skilled maintenance tasks including; electrical, painting, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry mechanics, and troubleshooting equipment repair.
• →Perform daily inspection of equipment.
• →Responds in a courteous manner to all guest questions, requests and complaints.
• →Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• →Diagnostic skills, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• →Use a variety of hand and power tools, meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• →Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
• →Performs preventative maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis.
• →Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• →Assist with day-to-day staffing plan and assign work to enhance department efficiency.
• →Understand and respond to customers’ needs and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• →Educate and train all team members in compliance with national and local laws and safety regulations.
• →Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and team members in compliance with regulatory policies and procedures.
• →Understand and respond to customers’ needs and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• →All other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 to 5 years of related experience in general building maintenance procedures
• Ability to reason and use strong judgment skills.
• Strong leadership skills teamwork orientation.
• Have the ability to connect and effectively communicate with people quickly in an outgoing, friendly manner.
• Have the ability to complete work accurately and in accordance with company standards.
