This executive will ensure effective decision-making across the organization regarding the launch and management of financing and leasing products by providing Pindustry insights, market intelligence, segmentation analysis, and trend data that support both short- and long-term commercial strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree (MBA) or specialization in Financial Services or Marketing is desirable.
8+ years of experience in Financial Services, Credit, or Leasing products.
Proven experience in Market analysis and customer segmentation and Product lifecycle management.
Advanced English (business proficiency required)
Proficiency in tools such as: Excel (advanced), Power BI/Tableau.
Exposure to team leadership or project-based team coordination, with the ability to foster collaboration, accountability, and results-driven performance.
