As the Platform Engineer, you will own the engineering platform that enables the development team to deliver software efficiently, securely, and reliably.

Your responsibilities include:

• →Design and manage CI/CD pipelines
• →Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt)
• →Develop scalable AWS cloud infrastructure
• →Own developer tooling and automation
• →Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
• →Create deployment environments and release pipelines
• →Help establish an AI-first software development workflow using modern engineering practices
• →Collaborate closely with the CTO on cloud architecture, platform strategy, and engineering excellence

• Strong experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Engineer
• Advanced AWS experience
• Terraform (Terragrunt is a plus)
• GitHub Actions and modern CI/CD pipelines
• OIDC / Keyless deployment patterns
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Observability tools such as:
  • Grafana
  • Sentry
  • OpenTelemetry
  • CloudTrail
  • or similar platforms
• Experience building engineering standards, including:
  • Test-first development
  • BDD
  • Code Reviews
  • CI/CD quality gates
  • Clean Code practices
• Passion for AI-assisted software development and modern engineering workflows

• Multi-environment infrastructure (Development, Staging, Production)
• Multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Secrets management and IAM best practices
• Security-first infrastructure design
• GDPR and data privacy awareness
• Experience taking products from prototype to production
