PACE Supply is a 100% employee-owned wholesale distributor of plumbing, waterworks, HVAC and industrial products, serving contractors and communities across the western United States. Our people are our owners, and keeping every one of them safe is not a program — it is how we operate.
We are looking for an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to develop, implement and continuously improve EHS programs across our multi-site warehouse, distribution and production operations. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role. You will spend most of your time in the field — walking warehouses and yards, coaching supervisors, investigating incidents and making sure corrective actions actually close.
If you would rather build a safety culture than administer a binder, this is your seat.
- 100% employee-owned. Every employee is an owner through our ESOP — your work builds your own stake.
- Real influence. This position reports directly to the EHS Director and presents to senior leadership. You will shape the program, not just maintain it.
- Scale. 37 locations across the western U.S., with the variety of warehouse, distribution and production environments that comes with it.
- Benefits. Medical, dental and vision; 401(k); ESOP; paid time off and holidays.
Submit your application through our careers site. We review every application and will reach out directly if your background is a match.
