At Allstate, great things happen when our people work together to protect families and their belongings from life’s uncertainties. And for more than 90 years, our innovative drive has kept us a step ahead of our customers’ evolving needs. From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection.
As the Lead Digital Product Manager for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, you will lead the strategy and execution of enterprise customer identity and access capabilities. This includes shaping secure, scalable solutions for customer onboarding, registration, profile and account management, authorization, and web access experiences. You will collaborate across cybersecurity, IT, UX, engineering, and business teams to deliver platforms that enable trusted customer interactions while reducing friction and improving operational efficiency.

In partnership with engineering and product leadership, you will define strategic direction, manage roadmaps and performance outcomes, and drive adoption of integrated identity and access solutions that support the enterprise's broader security, digital experience, and transformation goals.
