From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection.

We are seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to support and enhance enterprise access management platforms that secure critical applications and digital services across the organization. • Support the planning, execution, and review of module, integration, and system testing for assigned features and product stories.
  • Manage issues, blockers, defects, and implementation risks through resolution for assigned features and product stories.
  • Review and validate new vendor release features, assess impact, and identify opportunities to improve platform capability and reliability.
  • Use vendor defect resolution processes, support tools, product documentation, and developer groups to troubleshoot issues and influence future product direction.
  • Evaluate proposed vendor software products and enhancements in alignment with strategic corporate direction, platform standards, and vendor roadmaps.
  • Provide knowledge and support for resolving technology issues across multiple business areas and application processes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for access management processes, vended IAM platforms, and related application integrations.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to strengthen team capability and bench strength.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, support procedures, and implementation guidance.
