Responsibilities

→Manage a high volume of guest telephone inquiries, converting sales and reservations through exceptional customer-relationship skills
→Maintain strong knowledge of our products to provide guests with accurate and immediate information in areas including room rates, types, and their availability
→Liaise with our past guests and direct clientele, tailoring specialised itineraries to meet their needs and expectations
→Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
→Follow and maintain all quality assurance standards

Minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role
Must have working knowledge of property management systems such as Opera
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong administration skills and fantastic phone etiquette
Focus on attention to detail and accuracy
