Delaware North Australia is hiring Supervisors to join our dynamic team at the brand-new Hungry Jack’s opening in Terminal 3, Perth Airport! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the founding team, helping shape the culture, standards, and success of a new outlet from day one.

As a Hungry Jack’s Supervisor, you'll inspire and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Working in one of Australia’s busiest airports, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving operational excellence and bringing Hungry Jack’s cultural pillars to life every day.

• →Lead and support team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• →Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations during shifts
• →Coach, train and develop crew members to drive performance
• →Ensure food safety, workplace safety and brand standards are met
• →Oversee inventory, stock control and ordering processes
• →Support labour management and operational efficiency targets
• →Drive sales through upselling, promotions and exceptional service
• →Resolve customer enquiries and issues in a professional manner
• →Maintain a clean, safe and organised restaurant environment
• →Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving business goals and results

• Leadership experience in fast food, QSR or high-volume hospitality
• A passion for hospitality, with a customer-focused and self-motivated attitude
• The ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure setting
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture
• Food Safety Certificate 
• A desire to be part of the founding team launching a brand-new Hungry Jack's
• Familiarity with Hungry Jacks’ cultural pillars
• Flexibility to work shifts across a 7-day rotating roster
