Responsibilities

  • Conduct field-based activities such as site inspections, sample collection, testing, and analysis
  • Assist with installing, operating, and maintaining soil and groundwater remediation systems
  • Manage and oversee subcontractors in the field
  • Assist with project engineering design with Senior Engineer oversight
  • Assist with writing technical reports, proposals, and permitting documents
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data
  • Input data into template reports
  • Ensure safe work practices on all project work.
  • Actively develop your own career growth.
  • BS in Environmental Engineering or equivalent
  • EI Certification desired
  • 40-hour HAZWOPER certification
  • Familiarity with environmental remediation including soil, soil gas, and groundwater treatment systems
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Experience with AutoCAD is a plus
  • Excellent technical communication skills; strong attention to detail; field adeptness
  • Strong safety record and understanding of safe work practices
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify, collect, organize, and document information and data.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving history and reliable transportation are required.
  • 50-75% fieldwork/travel to conduct field sampling activities and support system startups and trouble-shooting project remediation sites.
