The Oracle Technical Architect designs and implements complex Oracle Cloud solutions, with a focus on Oracle CX applications, ensuring they meet business and technical standards. This role provides strategic guidance on system architecture, integrations, Oracle Redwood user experience, and solution optimization. The architect collaborates with business and technical stakeholders, leads development efforts, and delivers scalable, high-quality Oracle solutions.
- Design and implement architecture for Oracle Cloud applications, with an emphasis on Oracle CX solutions.
- Lead integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and related integration technologies.
- Design and support Oracle Redwood user experiences and UI modernization initiatives.
- Guide development teams on Oracle best practices, technical architecture, and solution design.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Implement performance tuning and optimization for Oracle Cloud applications.
- Oversee the successful delivery of Oracle solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectives.
- Maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration designs, and implementation artifacts.
- Resolve complex technical challenges through innovative and practical solutions.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
The work environment is remote or on-site at a client location. While remote, employees are expected to provide office space for themselves with a professional background (including virtual backgrounds) and noise level. A reliable and consistent internet connection is required.
Requirements

- Full time work during Apex IT business hours and, at times, outside of business hours, if required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field or commensurate experience required.
- At least 10 years of related experience required, including experience as an Oracle Technical Architect supporting Oracle Cloud applications, including Oracle CX.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood UX and modern Oracle Cloud user interface design principles.
- Strong proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise system integrations.
- Proven experience with system integration, performance optimization, and enterprise architecture.
- Demonstrated leadership and successful delivery of large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations.
