Senior Delegated Facilities Technician

We are looking for a Senior Delegated Facilities Technician to support the effective oversight and performance of Apollo’s delegated facilities portfolio.

Working closely with underwriters and teams across the business, you will apply Apollo’s Third-Party Oversight Framework to help maintain regulatory compliance, strong customer outcomes and effective portfolio management. You will also provide technical guidance on delegated arrangements and contribute to the continued development of the team’s processes and expertise.

• →Provide technical guidance to underwriters on delegated facilities and third-party oversight.
• →Complete onboarding and ongoing due diligence for delegated authority arrangements, including Binding Authorities, Consortia, Line Slips and Master or Group Policies.
• →Support the sponsorship process for Lloyd’s approval across relevant territories.
• →Manage bordereaux and third-party data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• →Coordinate annual audits, review audit reports and track recommendations through to completion.
• →Maintain delegated facilities information and records within Apollo’s management systems.
• →Support performance management processes, including premium income monitoring, product governance and internal audits.
• →Contribute to departmental projects and the Delegated Authority Oversight Group.
• →Work with internal teams including Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Pricing, Exposure Management and Compliance to resolve queries and improve outcomes.

• Experience managing the Lloyd’s sponsorship and approval process across multiple territories, including the UK, North America and the EEA.
• Strong knowledge of delegated authority oversight, due diligence, bordereaux management and audit management.
• Good understanding of Lloyd’s systems, processes and regulatory expectations.
• Experience using relevant Lloyd’s platforms such as Atlas, DCOM, DAM, Crystal or the Binding Authority QA Tool.
• Confidence engaging with underwriters and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
• A responsive and organised approach, with the ability to manage changing priorities and keep stakeholders informed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to address underlying issues.
• An interest in developing deeper technical expertise and contributing to the wider capability of the team.
