Lead DevOps Engineer

● Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and platform services ● Automate build, test, release, and deployment workflows across environments ● Ensure software builds and deployments are predictable, repeatable, and reliable ● Support production and pre-production deployments, including troubleshooting infrastructure, configuration, and code-related issues ● Improve and maintain tooling and infrastructure that supports rapid and reliable software delivery ● Collaborate with development teams to provide fast feedback on source code changes ● Identify, manage, and mitigate risks impacting delivery, quality, or system stability ● Assist in diagnosing and resolving system and application issues across all environments ● Advocate for improvements to build, release, and deployment tooling and practices ● Write and maintain clear, concise technical documentation. ● 6+ years of experience across the full SDLC, including CI/CD, configuration management, deployments, and production support in cloud environments ● Strong hands-on experience with AWS & modern SaaS service at scale ● Strong programming experience in Java, Python, and Shell scripting ● Solid understanding of Git-based version control, including branching and merging strategies ● Experience with build and release tools such as Maven, Ant, or Gradle ● Proven ability to quickly understand and implement new tools, systems, and workflows ● Experience with Jenkins (including plugins), Ansible, or similar CI/CD and automation tools ● Exposure to infrastructure supporting data-intensive or AI/ML workloads We follow a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with a strong emphasis on in-person collaboration to foster innovation, culture, and rapid execution.
