Logistics Operations Coordinator (Early Careers)

Key Responsibilities * Review and understand internal metrics/KPIs and how daily tasks impact these metrics. * Follow and adhere to established business processes. Align operational process with Outsourced Logistics Operations providers and internal organizations. Identify opportunities for process improvements which result in increased service level performance and/or minimize costs. * Support compliance and control to Quality standards by adhering to documented work instructions and QMS operating procedures. Identify and participate in continuous improvement programs and initiatives. * Execute to wide range of inventory responsibilities to include MRB, cycle count, and inventory reporting. * Support research and data requirements for internal/external audit requests. * Manage inbound and outbound performance with Outsourced Logistics Operations providers * Administers the efficient and economical movement of goods in compliance with relevant local, country and international customs laws and processes. Key Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. * Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, with the ability to apply business knowledge to support operational objectives. * Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze routine issues and determine effective solutions using sound judgment and established procedures. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members. * Ability to work independently within established policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail Other Requirements: This position may require standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools. ## Qualifications ### Education: Bachelor's Degree ### Skills ### Certifications: ### Languages: ### Years of Experience: 1 - 2 Years ### Work Experience: ## Additional Information ### ### Shift: Overtime Eligible (Ireland) ### ### Travel: Not Specified ### ### Relocation Eligible: No ### Referral Payment Plan: Employee Referral (Standard) Salary Range: €42,400.00 - €58,300.00 The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
