Productivity Process Engineer

Role Responsibilities: * Serve as the technical lead for defect, particle, contamination, and yield-related investigations. * Develop deep expertise in defect characterization using defect maps, SEM, TEM, EDX, chamber data, and process analytics. * Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for customer escalations and field issues. * Develop and validate process, hardware, and operational improvements to reduce defectivity and improve yield. * Establish BKMs, troubleshooting guides, defect libraries, and training materials. * Lead productivity improvement projects focused on chamber stability, matching, uptime, and cost of ownership. * Collaborate with Engineering, GPS, TPS, Manufacturing, Quality, and Account teams throughout the product lifecycle. * Support alpha, beta, and new product introductions through defect risk assessment and qualification activities. * Mentor engineers and build organizational capability in defect analysis and contamination control.
