Senior Acquisition Program Manager – Federal Health (CIVDEP) - Telework

Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients.  Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services.

Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Senior Acquisition Program Manager. This position is onsite and located in Fort Detrick, MD.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Lead day-to-day CIVDEP support activities.
• Coordinate team workload, task coverage, training, vacancies, and recruiting support.
• Support acquisition program management, risk, schedules, business operations, and acquisition analysis.
• Standardize processes and monitor performance across assigned personnel.

NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: 

• DoD/DHA acquisition environment.
• Project/program management.
• Risk and schedule management.
• Process improvement and business operations.
• Senior Government stakeholder support.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong working knowledge of DoD acquisition processes.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capability.
• Travel: Up to 20%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current PAE MP CIVDEP incumbent or Team Lead.
• DoDI 5000 / AAF.
• PPBE and acquisition planning.
• Integrated Master Scheduling.
• DHA medical product development experience.

U.S Citizenship.
