If so, a role in Market & Customer Insights could be for you. In MCI, we combine analytics, research, and curiosity to understand consumers, customers, and markets—and turn those insights into business recommendations.

As a Market & Customer Insights Intern at ADM, you will help bring the voice of the consumer and market into decision-making. You’ll work with cross-functional teams across Brand Management, Finance, Sales, R&D, and other areas to analyze data, uncover growth opportunities, and support strategies that shape the future of our business. Success in this role requires curiosity, analytical thinking, and clear communication.

Location: ADM Office Bucharest, Romania
Duration: 6-12 months

Job Qualifications

You are a good fit for this role if you:

· Students graduating Winter 2026

· Have a Social Studies, or Anthropological/Psychology background (or like degrees or experiences).

· Have strong analytical skills, using multiple data sources. A statistical qualification is not required, but comfort with data analysis and AI is essential.

· Are engaged in extra-curricular activities, with analytical skills, team orientation, a “can-do” attitude, and the ability to deliver breakthrough results.

· Have creativity, innovation, initiative, follow-through, & strong communication.

· Have the ability to contribute and influence across levels and functions.

· Are in good academic standing.
